FIT LIFE vs. FAT LIFE: What's the Difference?
What's the difference? Pros and Cons:
Fit Life : Workout at least 5 days per week and eat at least 5 times per day with a healthy conscience and eliminate CRAP.
Pros: More energy, more confidence, Decreased risk of diseases like diabetes, stroke, and breast cancer, Weight loss, Fat Loss, Feel Great, Look Great
Cons: Have to exercise and can't eat anything you want.
Fat Life: The opposite of Fit Life. Usually a lifestyle of eating anything and no exercise.
Pros: I know, Eat anything you want including burgers, fries, cookies and alcohol as much as you like. Don't have to exercise.
Cons: Feel Bad, Less Energy, More Fat, More Weight, Clothes may not Fit. Increase risk of diseases like diabetes, Cardiovascular, breast cancer, Stroke. Wow this list can get long.
Ok there is a difference, Fit Lifers feel better and are stronger than Fat Lifers.
So how do you Change? TAKE ACTION TODAY!
Start by exercising today: Walk thirty Minutes. Yes, thirty, no more and less only if you can't get to thirty. Next, log whatever you eat but I want you to eat with a healthy conscience. Think about if what you are eating is healthy. Next evaluate what you have eaten then plan for tomorrow. Plan to succeed. Write your workout into your calender. Now go take action.
